Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policy

- Delivery Timeframe

Expect your order within 3-5 business days (Fridays excluded).


- Quality Check at Delivery

Prior to accepting your order from the courier, you have the right to inspect the items for quality and sizing. If unsatisfied, you can refuse to accept your order free of any charges.


- Order Consolidation

Due to courier policies, orders cannot be split. You must either accept the entire order or decline it altogether.


- Order Tracking

Stay informed about your order status via the provided tracking link sent by Bosta through your messages or Direct message us on Instagram with your order number.


- Courier Service

We are partnered with Bosta, our trusted local Egyptian courier service.

- Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Please note items wishing to be exchanged have to be in original condition.


- Exchange Charges

If you wish to exchange your order after you have accepted it, a second shipping fees will apply unless your original order has exceeded 2500LE. 


- How to request an Exchange? 

To request an exchange, please send us on Instagram or Facebook with your order number starting with the letter "S" and the items you would like to exchange and the new products you want to receive instead. 

Return Policy

- Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request return. Please note items wishing to be returned have to be in original condition.


- Return Charges

If you wish to return your order after you have accepted it a second shipping fees will apply.


- Refund Process

Refunds for orders exceeding 2000LE paid in cash will be processed through a secure money transfer portal like Instapay, not in cash.

Refunds for orders below 2000LE will be refunded in cash upon courier pickup of the returned items.
